Nail it, then scale it

We were visited by Nick Anderson from group 114 (The Azalea Event Venue, Crescent Hall) We learned how to come up with a business idea and how to figure out if said idea is a good one. And if the business is hard at first that’s normal, and it gets easier with time. Once you have “nailed it” ie. made a profitable business you can “scale it” and hire people to assist in your business venture.
