Facilitator

Facilitators establish the CEO culture with a goal of creating an environment that is all about learning.

They invent, refine and innovate in ways that connect participants with the community, collaborate with CEO board members and most importantly provide guidance to the participants.

Granite UT CEO Facilitator

Meet our Facilitator

Erin Paulsen.

Erin is from Charleston, Illinois, a small town in rural Illinois near the headquarters of CEO. Erin is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Champaign, IL. In her final year at the University of Illinois, an internship was required, so she packed her bags and headed to BYU to work in the Athletic Department in Sports Marketing. She stayed on at BYU as a Graduate Assistant before moving on to UVU as the Assistant Director of Athletic Marketing and later becoming the Director of Athletic Marketing. Erin decided to explore a different career path and attended Westminster College's Masters of Arts in Teaching program.  She has taught in Academy Programs (Hospitality and Tourism or Finance) for the Granite School District for 13 years. She has a passion for helping students learn life skills regardless of their intended major.  Erin and her husband, Andy, have 3 boys and stay very busy on the baseball fields in their spare time. She also enjoys watching dramas, playing pickleball, and playing with her kids.  Erin is also a co-owner of Punxsutawney Properties. Erin has family connections to CEO programs in Illinois (board members, facilitators, and mentors) and is excited to see the same success that other programs have had, here in Utah.
